One-bedroom apartment with A/C
|
Neighborhood:
This one-bedroom apartment is located on Rue de Debelleyme, between Rue de Bretagne and Rue de Turenne. The historic Bastille Place and the Republic Place are within an equal short distance of this little street, and both offer a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and entertainments venues like the new Opera house, which was inaugurated for the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution, and is considered to be one of the best in the world. This accommodation is also close to the royal Place des Vosges, the oldest and most beautiful square in Paris that once housed many historic personalities. It was built by Henri IV, and its perfect symmetry and vertical height are fine examples of classical French architecture. This area is also famous for its museums, arts galleries, and antique shops.
Premises:
This 37m² (approx. 398 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth-floor of an 18th-century walk-up building. The entrance gate with a coded security system opens into a corridor leading to the stairway. The entrance door opens into a hallway with closets that allows access to the living room and the open kitchen, the separate bathroom, and the bedroom.
The 17m² (approx. 183 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glazed windows with southeastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, an armchair, a chest of drawers, a flatscreen television, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar. It is equipped with two electric plates, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee-maker, and a toaster.
The 8m² (approx. 86 sq. ft.) bedroom has a double-glazed window with northwestern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed with bedside tables, a built-in closet, and some bookshelves.
The separate bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a toilet, and a washing machine.
Heat and hot water are both electric. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
For a convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Fille du Calvaire (line 8).
