The apartment was a little older than the photos but clean, the owner [of this Paris vacation rental] was charming and reliable. The great advantage of this vacation rental : very near the biggest open market in Paris and very near the subway on the main line .

The apartment in Paris (Bastille area in Marais - Les Halles) was very good. It was clean, well-kept, spacious, and perfect for 4 people staying in Paris. The location was very good since we were a very short walk away from the Metro stop Bastille, and could use the Metro to get almost anywhere in the city in very little time.
We were pleased staying there for more than a week, so I recommend [this vacation rental] for someone else. |

Paris is amazing anyway, but staying in an apartment was fantastic. |

My feedback about the NYHabitat apartment I rented [in Paris] was very positive, the owner was a nice person and the [vacation rental] was clean and functional. I am glad to have used NYHABITAT so much! For sure I'll use NYhabitat services again soon! The neighborhood was very nice, with groceries, bakeries and everything we need to make a special stay! Paris is amazing anyway, but staying in a vacation rental was fantastic. |

The apartment was perfectly located in the center of Paris, [with] a comfortable balcony enhanced by flowers and plants. |

My NY Habitat [agent] was easy to keep in touch with and recommended some very nice apartments that were within my price range.
[...] [The owner] patiently showed us around the various appliances and the rest of the
studio and gave us some recommendations of shops in the area, along with
emergency contact information.
The vacation rental itself was excellent, surpassing my expectations. Although a true studio, it was roomy, bright during the daytime, and with a great deal of useful items like a washer/dryer, space heater, and a dishwasher. We cooked most of our own meals and had a lot of fun. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed. The apartment was perfectly located in the center of Paris, [with] a comfortable balcony enhanced by flowers and plants. The apartment really made our trip special, thanks to the owner who thought of every detail.
I would definitely use the services of NY Habitat for my next trip to Paris, and would also rent from the same owner again. |
