Two bedroom / one bathroom apartment close to the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral

This 70m² apartment is situated on Place Saint Michel between Saint Andre des Arts and Port des Grands Augustins in the 6th District. It is located in a walk up building built at the end of the 18th Century. Located in the Saint Michel Area, the Seine River, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Boulevard Saint Germain as well as the Sorbonne University are in a short walking distance. A large variety of nice shops, celebrated restaurants and cafes, and cinemas, as well as basic services such as supermarkets are found all around this neighborhood.
You have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach this old but charming apartment. When you enter the premises you have on the right hand side the toilet and then the bathroom. On the left hand side is the master bedroom and the living room: In front is a closet used for brooms' storage.
The living room measures approximately 25m² and is furnished with a cable TV, a sofa; a chair; a dining table with four chairs and a decorative fireplace. From the Living room you can access the second bedroom and the kitchen.
The separate kitchen facing a small street has a window and is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a sink, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is also a table available.
The master bedroom can be accessed from the second bedroom or the hallway. It is furnished with a double bed, a rotin chair and a bedside tables with a lamp. It has a window facing courtyard and a large closet with drawers
The master bedroom leads to the second smaller bedroom; that can also be reached through he living room. This space is furnished with a single size bed, a chest of drawers and decroative fireplace surmounted by a mirror. The window faces the courtyard and there are shelves on the wall.
The pink tiled bathroom is equipped with a tub with a showerhead; two washbasins and a flat heater to dry the towels. Next door is the toilet and the washing machine.
There is Gas heating and water heater.
The closest metro station is St Michel (Line 4)
