Studio in the 17th District

This apartment is located in Rue Poncelet between Avenue des Ternes & Rue Laugier. It is at walking distance from the Charles de Gaulle - Etoile area and is situated in a small street with food stores, cafés, and an open market. Few minutes away, you will find also cinemas and restaurants.
This 35m2 studio is located in a prewar building secured by two doors with digicodes. Walking through the courtyard, you may access the apartment by walking four flights of stairs.
You enter the premises into a small hallway furnished with a shelf and a mirror. From this area, you can access the living room. Then, you will find the kitchen on the left hand side and from it, you can access the bathroom.
The 24m2 living room is brightened by two windows and is furnished with a wooden chest of drawers with a lamp, a double size sofa bed, a single bed also used as a sofa, a mirror, two armchairs, a TV and a stereo.
The separate kitchen is equipped with small table with two chairs (two extra chairs can be found in the living room), a microwave, a washing machine, a sink, two hotplates and a fridge. It has a window facing the courtyard.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. There is a small window.
The closest subway stations are Ternes (Line 2), Charles de Gaulle - Etoile (Line 2 & 6).
