An elegant mansard roof's appartment near Montmartre area

Neighborhood: This furnished two-bedroom apartment is located in Montmartre, a 130-meter high knoll that was the artistic center of the greatest pictorial movements of the 19th and 20th centuries (Impressionism, Cubism, Fauvism, Futurism, and Surrealism) in Paris. Renowned artists, from Berlioz to Picasso, lived and worked in this district known for its unconventional lifestyle and kept alive by a number of its current residents. From the Sacred Heart Basilica esplanade there is a panoramic view of Paris, and the charming Place du Tertre is a must-see. Plenty of conveniences are near this accommodation, notably the fruit and vegetable market situated on Rue Lepic. Premises: Looking out over Paris rooftops, this pleasant two-bedroom apartment is located on the sixth floor (a one-floor walk up steep stairs for the private entrance to the studio) of a building dating back to the 19th century; it has a security system, an intercom, and an elevator. The peaceful 105m² (approx. 1,130 sq. ft.) place has 2.55m high ceilings (mansard roof) and a neat parquet floor. Featuring off-white painted walls and an air conditioner, the pleasant 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) living room is decorated with a beige sofa, two seats, a rectangular coffee table, two antique armchairs, a desk and chair, a cabinet, short bookshelves, a TV, VCR and DVD player on a stand, a telephone, a stereo, many area rugs, nice lamps, wall paintings and drawings. It is south exposed with three windows decorated with short curtains that bring in daylight. To the right is the dining area with an oval table and six chairs (six other chairs are available), a cabinet, a console, lamps, and wall paintings. Between the kitchen and the living room is a recess with a high ceiling and a skylight; it is furnished with a desk, a chair and some bookshelves. This open space can be used for work on a laptop. The 12m2 (approx. 125 sq. ft.) master bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting and includes a 140cm wide double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a closet, an armchair, a TV, a chest of drawers (the second one in the photos will be removed), a telephone, and windows decorated with curtains on the street side. Following a long corridor, the 28m² (approx. 300 sq. ft.) guest bedroom is carpeted and furnished with a 130cm wide single bed with a night table and lamp, a 120cm wide single sofa bed, a built-in closet, a decorative fireplace, a desk, small bookshelves, a floor lamp, a recessed cabinet, and two windows protected by outside rolling blinds on the courtyard side. This bedroom is independent and is accessed by a staircase and separate entrance. Mansard roofed, the practical kitchen is equipped with five gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, a stainless steel sink, a wooden worktop, utensils, and a window. The first bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with a mirror, and a towel dryer. It is closed via sliding doors. Separated by saloon doors, the second bathroom is in the corridor leading to the guest bedroom and contains a bathtub. Another room has a washbasin with a mirror and a toilette; it is closed with sliding doors. Heat and hot water both use gas. The closest metro station is Saint Georges (line 12).
