Studio apartment in the Latin Quarter
|
Little calm street situated between rue de l'Arbalete and rue Jean Calvin.
World famous live district, the Quartier Latin shows number of important points of interest such as the Cluny Museum, the Pantheon, the Sorbonne University, the Botanical Garden, and also two traditional well known open air markets. In a few steps is the one called Mouffetard, providing all French specialties such as fresh baguettes and pastries, unique cheeses, seafood, choice fruits, and vegetables. All around there are selected restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and other convenience stores.
On the calm courtyard side this pleasing south exposed 18m2 studio is located on the ground floor of an 18th century building equipped with a security system and a full time caretaker. The walls are almond green painted, it has a tiled floor, 2.57m high ceiling, and curtains dressing up the two windows.
Choice furniture compose the 15m2 living room, such as a 140cm wide double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a design round dining table and three matching chairs, an armchair, a cabinet, a closet, a nice full length mirror, a console, a couple of fine lamps, a floor lamp, a TV, and a telephone.
Recessed to the right side, at the bottom of the living room, the kitchen area is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a microwave oven, a fridge, a stainless steel sink, and utensils put away on the wall cupboard and sideboard.
In the bathroom there is a tiled shower cabin screened by a synthetic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin, and toilet.
The closest metro station is Censier Daubenton (line 7)
