One bedroom apartment in the Republique area

Situated between rue Amelot and Boulevard Voltaire.
Dynamic spot, the rue Oberkampf provides number of restaurants, trendy pubs and cafes, placed in a short distance to the Republic Place and its large entertainment options. The many passageways found in this neighborhood give much charm to this traditional district. A little farther is the historic Bastille Place, where is the new Opera considered as one of the best in the world. There are all sorts of shops and conveniences all around this area.
Featuring white walls, a nice parquet floor, and 2,66m high ceiling, this southwest and northeast exposed 60m2 one-bedroom apartment facing the street and the pleasant paved courtyard is located on the 3rd floor of a 19th century walk up building provided with a security system and a part time caretaker. It accommodates one couple.
Straight after the mini hall the 20m2 bright and pleasant living room has two double-glazing windows garnished with curtains overlooking the street. It is fitted out with dressed up' sofa and two armchairs, a marble and wrought iron coffee table, a console, a cabinet, bookshelves, other recessed bookshelves, wall paintings, area carpet, a stereo, and telephone.
Besides a 140cm wide double bed, in the 12m2 bedroom there is a floor lamp, a closet, a desk, an armchair, a cable TV with international channels, a VCR player, area carpets, and two double-glazing windows with curtains also opening to the street.
In the eat-in-kitchen there is a round wooden dining table with two chairs and two stools, and a window looking out over the paved courtyard. It is equipped with a combo four gas burners and oven, a combo fridge-freezer, a round stainless steel sink fit on the tiled worktop, a washing machine, cupboards, drawers, and wall shelves including the utensils and tableware.
Next to the main door the bathroom has a bathtub with handheld showerhead (no screen), cabinet and drawers below the white ceramic washbasin fit on a countertop, toilet, and a window.
The closest metro stations are Filles du Calvaire (line 8) and Saint Sebastian Froissart (line 8).
