One bedroom apartment near the Luxembourg garden
|
This one bedroom apartment is located near the wide beautiful Luxembourg Garden with it's magnificent alleys, as well as to the Senate, the upper house of the French Parliament. In the neighborhood there are all sorts of entertainment and services such as cinemas, fashion stores, nice restaurants, and cafes.
This one bedroom apartment is situated on the 4th french floor (5th american floor) of a walk up building from the 16th century.
To access the apartment you have to cross a little courtyard and take an old red staircase.
The living room has white walls and is furnished with a sofa, a low table, a decorative fireplace, a cable TV, a DVD player, a VCR, a piano, a stereo, and a dining table.
DSL Internet access is available.
From this room you can access to the bedroom. It is furnished with a bed, a closet, a little desk and the closet.
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, as well as all the necessary ustensils.
You can access the bathroom by the entrance hallway. It is equipped with an old fashion sink, a tub and a toilette.
The closest subway station are Luxembourg (RER B) and Cluny-La Sorbonne (line 10).
