One bedroom apartment in the Marais

Small street situated between rue Beaubourg and rue de Turbigo. Very demanded area, the Marais encloses the well-known pedestrian rue des Gravilliers, showing nice cheese mongers, fishmongers, greengrocers, and gorgeous restaurants and cafes. This is one of the neighborhoods of Paris still having preserved almost all of its pre-Revolutionary architecture. In the vicinity of this street are the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, the wide Les Halles Mall, and, a little farther is the royal Place des Vosges, a must to be visited, place of residence of many historic personalities where are number of precious museums. Most of the important points of interest such as the Louvre Museum, the City Hall, and the Seine River with its enchanting islands are in a fair walking distance. Attractive south and north exposed 60m2 apartment, located on the 1st floor of an 18th century walk up building equipped with a security system, it has white walls, a herringbone patterned parquet floor, and 2.88m high ceilings. It accommodates two couples. Featuring three large windows garnished with curtains looking out over the silent paved courtyard, the 23m2 living room is fitted out with a 160cm wide double sofa bed, two armchairs, a glass top rectangular coffee table, a drop leaf wooden dining table with six chairs, recessed bookshelves, a dresser, a stereo, and wall paintings. A corridor including a built in closet leads to the 16m2 bedroom. It is furnished with a 160cm wide double bed with bedside stands and one lamp, a closet, a desk, a cabinet, a floor lamp, area carpets, and two windows ornate with curtains on the street side. Separate and provided with a hatch and three stools, the kitchen is equipped with four electric burners, a microwave oven, a hood with fan, a fridge with freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a toaster. In addition there is a square white ceramic sink, cupboards and drawers containing the china and other utensils. Next to the bedroom, the bathroom encloses a shower cabin protected by a synthetic curtain, a white washbasin, and a washing machine. Toilet is separate.
