This fully furnished studio apartment is located at the intersection of rue Saint Didier and avenue Kleber near the Auteuil and Passy areas of the 16th arrondissement of Paris on the first French floor (second US floor) of a six floor walk-up building. The building was built in the 19th century and features a security system at the front entrance.
Upon entering the studio, you will find a touches of African/Moroccan décor, a full-sized sofa bed, a small table, a shelf and a television. What makes this property truly interesting is the small balcony which is accessible via the living space. It is lined with flowers and features a small table and place settings for two, perfect for dining en plein air.
At the corner of the living space, you will notice a small breakfast bar complete with a stool for convenient dining. Inside the kitchen, you will find all the basic amenities: two hotplates, a sink, a small fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
The 16th arrondissement offers a variety of activities for tourists and locals alike:
- The Jardins de Trocadero (0.3mi/550m) offer space to stroll around admire the Eiffel Tower from a distance for picturesque views, as well as Paris's Aquarium, located underground.
- Over the River Seine, via the Pont d’Iéna, is the Quai Branly Museum (0.9mi/1.5km), with world-class collections of non-Western art and artifacts.
- Finally, after a long day of touring the city, allow yourself a break and head to Frog XVI (.2mi/270m) and enjoy one of their home brewed beers and delicious burgers!
The accommodation is located 0.1m/200m away from the Boissière metro station on line 6. The Trocadéro metro is 0.3m/500m away, where you’ll find lines 6 and 9.

I am glad you enjoyed the location of the studio and the neighborhood's peace and quiet. The quality of the linen seems decent to me and it is changed on a regular basis. There is no enclosed storage space and the kitchenette is small but it matches the apartment description and photos. The kitchenette comprises hot plates, a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. It is true I request a surcharge for arrivals before 6pm, I will make sure it is clear for my future guests. It is important for me that my guests enjoy a pleasant stay and I do appreciate your comments. |

This was wonderful for a very small apartment. Space is very well utilized. The balcony overlooking a courtyard is a special highlight. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The only negative is the bed. The mattress is worn out and should be replaced. |
