Situated in the Montorgueil neighborhood, between rue des Petits Carreaux and rue Damiette. Across the mezzanine, to the left side a flight of wooden stairs lead to the 7m2 mansard roofed bedroom (no door) where there is a 140cm wide double mattress on the floor, a chest of drawers, and a skylight. The bathroom is placed to the left side of the living room, enclosing a nice tiled shower cabin screened by sliding doors, a white washbasin with a mirror above and cabinet below, a washing machine, and toilet. The closest metro stations are Sentier (line 3) and Reamur Sebastopol (lines 3, 4)
