Two bedroom apartments close to Les Halles

Situated in the Montorgueil neighborhood, between rue des Petits Carreaux and rue Damiette.
An authentic unquestionably live village of residential and commercial streets is the Parisian traditional Quartier Montorgueil, in its most part pedestrian, as retractable boundary marks limit the car traffic to the residents and those working in the area. Place of gourmets' choice, renowned for the quality from father-to-son victuals' shops, and also for the fact that for long time it has been the domain of fashion designers. Paved with small stones, rue Montorgueil is the heart of this area, enclosing remarkable restaurants, and having all along number of pleasant cafes, as well as convenience shops.
This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor of a private 19th century walk-up building equipped with double security system. South exposed they overlook the street, featuring white walls, a nice parquet floor, and 2.26m high ceiling.
Sizing 14m2 the living room is enlightened by one window garnished with short curtains. It is fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a drop leaf dining table with six chairs, a small rectangular table, a wicker armchair, a wall mounted TV, two recessed closets, and a third closet set apart by a mirror sliding door.
Beside this last one, the kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a multifunction oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, a stainless steel sink, a cupboard, and wall shelves. China and other kitchen utensils are available.
A semi circular flight of stairs climb to the open spacious 14m2 mezzanine, furnished with a 160cm wide double bed with bed head wall lamps, a compact closet, and a wicker armchair.
Across the mezzanine, to the left side a flight of wooden stairs lead to the 7m2 mansard roofed bedroom (no door) where there is a 140cm wide double mattress on the floor, a chest of drawers, and a skylight.
The bathroom is placed to the left side of the living room, enclosing a nice tiled shower cabin screened by sliding doors, a white washbasin with a mirror above and cabinet below, a washing machine, and toilet.
The closest metro stations are Sentier (line 3) and Reamur Sebastopol (lines 3, 4)
