Studio apartment close to the Eiffel Tower
|
Situated between Avenue Paul Doumer and rue Benjamin Franklin.
A few steps from the Eiffel Tower settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, also very close is the Seine River. Opposite, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place shows the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, selected restaurants and cafes, are found in the neighborhood.
Pleasant 36m2 studio located on the 2nd floor of a 20th century postwar building equipped with a security system, intercom, and elevator. North exposed windows overlook the street. It has off-white painted walls, a neat parquet floor, and 2.75 high ceiling. It is perfect for one couple.
In the 20m2 living room there is a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a 0,90cm wide single bed (also used as sofa), a rectangular coffee table, a rectangular dining table with two chairs and two stools, a chest of drawers, a TV, (the stereo seen in the photos is to be removed), wall paintings and lamps, and a window garnished with curtains.
Facing the main door the kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven with grill, a fridge with freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, a stainless steel sink, the utensils stowed away in the cupboards and drawers, and a window.
At the bottom of the living room the bathroom encloses a bathtub with handheld showerhead screened by a synthetic curtain, a mirror above the beige ceramic washbasin, a bidet, toilet, and a window.
The closest metro stations are Trocadero (Lines 6, 9) and Passy (line 9).
