Studio apartment in the Vaugirard area

Traditional Parisian district mostly residential, provided with number of charming squares and all sorts of boutiques, as well as restaurants, pleasant cafes, open-air markets, supermarkets, and convenience shops.
Close to the huge Porte de Versailles Trade Show Center, to the north it is in a few metro stations away from the Montparnasse live and trendy district also famous for its local highest skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris, and for its large number of theaters and cinemas.
This 20 m˛ studio is located on the 2nd floor of a recent building equipped with an elevator and a security system.
To access the apartment you go up one floor by elevator and then take a staircase of the building straight ahead to get to the apartment.
When you enter you arrive in the open kitchen and the living room.
It is furnished with a sofa bed, a closet, a TV, a stereo, a dining table and a bookshelf.
The open kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster.
There also is a combo washer/dryer.
The bathroom can be accessed by the living room and is equipped with a cabin shower and a sink. A door in the bathroom separates the toilette.
The décor of this apartment is very warm and the window gives a lot of light during the day. The district is very quiet.
