Studio apartment close to the Porte de Versailles

Close to the huge Porte de Versailles Trade Show Center, to the Aquaboulevard - Aquatic Fitness Parc with its fourteen cinemas, to the Sport Hall, to the singular Parc André Citroen, and to the George Pompidou Hospital, this traditional and mostly residential Parisian district is provided with number of charming squares and all sorts of boutiques, as well as restaurants, pleasant cafes, open-air markets, supermarkets, and convenience shops. To the north it is located a few metro stations away from the Montparnasse live and trendy district also famous for its local highest skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris, and for its large number of theaters and cinemas.
Flooded light and cosy this 26m2 studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a pre-war 20th century building equipped with two elevators, a security system, and a part time caretaker. Facing the boulevard it is southeast exposed, has light blue and white painted walls, a nice parquet floor, and 2,65m high ceiling.
First, an L-shaped corridor including a mini dressing room, a mirror doors' closet, the bathroom, and built in ceiling spotlights leads to the living room.
Featuring a picture window and a window screened by Venetian blinds, and sizing 21m2, the pleasing living room is fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a square coffee table, a rectangular dining table and four matching chairs, a display window dresser, a cable TV , a stereo, and a telephone.
Open to the living room, and set behind a counter, the kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a multifunction oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, electric coffee make and kettle, a toaster, a round white ceramic sink, and cupboards containing the necessary utensils.
Preceding the living room the navy blue and white tiled bathroom has a shower cabin protected by a glass door, a white ceramic washbasin with a large mirror and two lights above and a cabinet below, a compact washing machine, and toilet.
The closest metro stations are Balard (line 8) and Porte de Versailles (line 12), and Lourmel (line 8).
