This apartment is ideally located on Rue des Canettes, in the heart of the Saint-Germain des Prés area between Rue du Four and Rue du Vieux Colombier. This area is known for its elegant, trendy streets and for its many stylish fashion shops, a mall, antique shops, art galleries, as well as sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. Nearby are the renowned Boulevard Saint-Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and many monuments and points of interest. Also in the neighborhood are quality services such as fine bakeries, select supermarkets, and the well-known, daily Buci open-air market.
Premises:
This 26m2 (approx 279 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of an 18th century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor.
Then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into a hall with staircase.
The entrance door opens into the main room with the open kitchen.
The 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) main room has a window with western exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a TV with international channels, a DVD player and a closet.
The open kitchen has a window overlooking the courtyard and is equipped with two vitro ceramic plates, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a coffee maker. There is a little dining table with chairs.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a build in closet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Mabillon (line 10), Saint-Germain-des-Prés (line 4) and Saint-Sulpice (line 4).
