|
Located between rue Reaumur and Passage du Caire, this charming one-bedroom apartment is located between Montorgueil and the famous Sentier Area. It is close to the pedestrian Montorgueil street , with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. And of course it's also very close to Les Halles and the Beaubourg modern art museum. It is also in a short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Seine River, to the Notre Dame Cathedral on Ile de la Cité, to the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum. From its adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the historic most known parks in Paris there is a fine perspective - the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction. The Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass' pyramid of the Louvre in the other. It is a central area, very convenient to travel all around Paris.
This one bedroom apartment is situated at the fourth floor of a six floor building. It has a digicode and intercom security system. The layout is as followed. The entrance door opens on the living-room/dining-room area with it's open kitchen. This room leads to the room, that finally leads to the bathroom. This apartment has a lot of charm and the space is used in a very clever way, for it was decorated by a professional interior decorator.
The living-room/dining-room area with it's open kitchen has white walls, visible beams and wooden floors. It has a window with white net curtains and grey curtains with a view on the street. The kitchen has white cabinets and lamps, it is furnished with an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, four electric burners, a cooker hood and all necessary utensils. The living-room/dining-room area is furnished with a wooden dining table and four wooden chairs, a dark purple double size sofa bed, a telephone, a television with dvd, an antique mirror, lamps, paintings and decorative items. An arched opening separates the living-room from the room.
The room has white walls, visible beams and "tommette" style tiled floor. There are two windows with white net curtains and grey curtains with a view on the street. It is furnished with two single size bed (that can turn into one queen size bed). There is a phone, a wooden wardrobe with a mirror, two wooden bedside tables, a rug, lamps, paintings, a mirror and decorative items. There is a recess with bookshelves in one of the walls and a small walk-in closet with wardrobe and closet space. The bathroom has salmon pink painted walls as well as white tiled parts. The floor is tiled in a "tommette" style. There is a bathtub, a toilet, a washbasin surmounted by a cabinet with a mirror, baskets and a washer/dryer (laundry).
