A charming small Studio in famous XVI arrondissement
|
Privileged and mostly residential, this district offers the amenities of central Paris- restaurants and cafes, food and other convenience shops, in a short walking distance to the Parc des Princes, one of the most important stadiums in France. Also close is the gorgeous Bois de Boulogne (Boulogne woods), ideal for an agreeable stroll amongst the trees and along the lakes. The Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile and Champs Elysées are in ten to fifteen minutes' distance by metro.
Overlooking the street this small studio is located on the 6th floor of a building dating from the beginning of the 20th century. It has a digicode security system.
The peaceful surface has 2.50m high ceilings, consisting on a living/sleeping room with an open kitchen and a bathroom on the left side of it.
This apartment has blue gray painted walls and a matching gray wall-to-wall carpet. It is in both a convenient and contemporary style that will easily make feel at ease its visitors.
The living/sleeping room is furnished with a sofa bed, a desk, a little table, and a cable TV. The French window faces the street and allows a lot of light to come in during the day.
The small but well arranged open kitchen has beige tiled walls and is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven , a refrigerator, utensils in a small bar and a stainless steel sink with a glass cabinet above it. There are all necessary utensils.
A skylight ventilates the white and beige tiled bathroom. There is a shower and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. There is a laundry machine as well.
Smokers and Pets are welcomed.
A wireless Internet connection is available.
The nearest metro station is Exelmans (Line 9).
