An elegant Studio apartment near Place Châtelet
|
This studio apartment is situated next to Place du Châtelet, a few steps away from the modernistic Forum de Halles and the famous Pompidou Centre, an avant-garde structure and one of Paris's most visible buildings. Bordering the Marais, the lively and historical apartment's area has a particular atmosphere due to its pre-Revolution architecture, enclosing a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, as well as diverse types of trendy bars and restaurants. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
This elegant studio is located on the fourth French floor of a building from the late 19th century facing southwest. It has two security code systems and an elevator.
The layout is as follows: the entrance door gives access to the open kitchen and living/dining room. On the left side from the entrance, a door leads to the bathroom and the toilets.
The bright living room/bedroom has light yellow walls, wooden floor and exposed beams. It is decorated with antique furniture, two rugs and with some contemporary paintings. There are two windows overlooking the quiet courtyard with white net curtains and beige thicker curtains. It is well furnished with two single beds (that can be put together to form a double bed), a small cupboard, 4 chairs, 1 armchair and a built-in closet. It is equipped with a cable combo TV / VCR player and with a design stereo.
The kitchen is both convenient and stylish in a modern way with its wooden furniture. It includes a steel sink, two vitro-ceramic burners, a fridge, a microwave oven, a manual coffee maker and a toaster. In addition, there is a breakfast table included in the wooden worktop, built-in shelves and cabinets containing kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is totally tiled in gray and has a shower cabin, washbasin surmounted by a mirror, electric towel rack. A door leads to the toilets.
This studio apartment will charm his tenants by its elegant antique decoration and its great location.
The studio can accommodate two people.
The closest metro station is Chatelet- line 1, 4, 7,11 and 14.
