A cozy one-bedroom apartment close to the famous Champs Elysées Avenue
|
This street is situated a few steps away from the majestic Arc de Triomphe and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées. It is also a short walking distance from the well-known hotel George V and the famous Avenue Montaigne. In this neighborhood, there are many shops with not only the latest fashion trends but also many traditional as well as sophisticated restaurants, and cafes.
Located on the first floor of a walk-up building from the end of the 19th century, this apartment has two code systems and a concierge protecting the main entrance gate.
The layout is as follows:
The entrance door opens on a little hallway, which leads to the separate toilet on the left and straight-ahead are the living room and the open kitchen. From the living room, you have access to the bedroom and the bathroom.
The living room has white tiled floors and beige painted walls. It is well decorated in a contemporary way that gives a welcoming atmosphere. It is also furnished with a blue double sofa bed, a dark modern desk with its matching chair and surmounted by an antique mirror. The living room is decorated with contemporary paintings and a rug.
The open kitchen has its floors and walls both white-tiled. It is both convenient and stylish in a modern way. It is well equipped with two electric burners, microwave oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Above the steel sink, there are some cabinets containing the dishes and the cooking appliances. There is also a square dark dining table with its three matching chairs.
The bedroom has a warm atmosphere since it has a parquet floor and beige painted walls. The window overlooks a quiet courtyard and it has mauve curtains. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a black chest of drawers and its matching armchair. There is also a large built-in closet containing the TV with its DVD player, a wardrobe and some shelves.
The bathroom is totally tiled in white. It is equipped with a bathtub with its showerhead, a white washbasin surmounted by a cabinet with a mirror door. There are laundry facilities in the apartment.
The separate toilet has a white tiled floor and beige painted walls.
Smokers and Pets are not welcomed. Internet connection is available.
The nearest metro station is George V (line 1)
