Three bedroom apartment in the Passy Area
|
This apartment is located in the 17th District, between Avenue d'Ankara and Avenue R. Boylesve. It is not far from the Seine, Trocadero Palace and Rue Passy with its fashion boutiques, delis, bakery shops and restaurants. The Eiffel Tower is across the river from the apartment. It's a five-minute walk to the nearest metro station (Passy, line 6) and the closest bus stop (bus no. 72, direction Northeast).
The entrance to this doorman building with elevator has red carpets and marble walls and is protected by a digicode. This 140-m2 three-bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor in a building typical of those built in the 1930's.
The entrance leads to the living and dining room overlooking a square, the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. The living room has a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table, a cable TV with over 200 international channels. The dining room has a glass-topped dining table with four chairs.
The separate kitchen has a window and is fully equipped. It comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The hallway has a fountain and leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. All three bedrooms have their own style and the two biggest ones have their own bathroom.
The master bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a little corner with a writing desk, a TV, floor- to- ceiling mirrors and a view of the Eiffel Tower. A glass door opens to a little balcony. This bedroom comes with it's own mirrored and marble bathroom. It's furnished with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub, which can be used as a Jacuzzi.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a wooden wardrobe, a dressing table, a TV, floor to ceiling mirrors and a walk-in closet. It also has it's own bathroom with a washbasin and a toilet. The marble in this bathroom is rose-colored. Mirrors surround the Jacuzzi-bathtub.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a writing table and a sideboard. The yellow and blue tone of the walls and cloths in combination with the brown furniture gives this room a warm atmosphere.
A walk-in closet with wardrobes and armoires are close to a bathroom with a washbasin, a shower and window. There is a separate toilet.
The closest subway station is Passy (line 6)
