This apartment is located in one of the most attractive and historic areas found on the Left Bank. It is located in the center of Saint Germain-des-Pres on the Boulevard Saint-Germain between Carrefour de l'Odeon and rue Dupuytren. Once synonymous with a more bohemian literary lifestyle, the Saint-Germain of today is an upbeat area filled with cafes, restaurants, cinemas and fashion shops.

This 29m² studio apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up building typical of those built in the 1930's. The main entrance gate is protected by a security code.

The metro station is in front of the building (Odeon, line 4, 10). The closest direct fast train (RER B) from Charles-de-Gaulles airport or Orly airport is Saint Michel.
