A studio apartment in the heart of the Marais

Neighborhood :
It is also very close to the famous Marais area, the Marais neighborhood is historical, it overflows of antique "Hôtels Particuliers" as the Hôtel St Aignan.
The neighborhood is also well known for the Canal Saint Martin and its charming promenade. Down the apartment are all the shops and services.
This area is just a few minutes away from the Oberkampf and Republique areas ,famous for their restaurants and cafes.
Premises:
This 20m2 studio with 2,20m ceilings has two windows and comes with modern furniture. It is on the 4th floor of a walk-up building, typical for those built in the 19th century. It is protected by a digicode and comes with an intercom security system.
Layout:
The entrance door opens onto the living room and its open-kitchen. On the right of the entrance, there is a walking-closet. The bathroom is accessible thru the living room.
The living area (19m2) has two windows that face west and is furnished with a queen-size bed, a table with two chairs and a sideboard. It is equipped with a cable TV and DVD.
An ironing board and an iron are available
The open kitchenette is equipped and completely hidden behind a door. It contains two electric burners, a fridge and a microwave.
The green-tiled bathroom (3m2) comes with a washbasin, a bathtub with shower and a toilette.
A walk-in closet (3m2) situated at the entrance is equipped with wardrobes and a safety coffer.
This studio is equipped with a high-speed Internet connection.
The closest metro is Arts et Metiers (line 3, 11).
Heat and hot-water are both electric and individually metered.
