Studio apartment close to Les Invalides

Neighborhood:
This apartment is located near one of the most honored French monuments, the Hotel Royal des Invalides built during the reign of King Louis XIV, which is a masterpiece of seventeenth century architecture. It houses the Army Museum, the Contemporary History Museum, the Libération Association Museum, and the Plans and Relieves Museum. It faces the Champs de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, the Seine, the Place deTrocadero and the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood offers elegant fashion boutiques and convenience shops, as well as a number of high end restaurants and cafes.
Premises:
This 16m² studio apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century building with an elevator. A coded security system, an intercom and a concierge protect the main entrance gate. There are 3-meter ceilings.
Layout:
On the right of the entrance door is the living / sleeping room and its open-kitchen, on the left there is the separate toilet. The bathroom is accessible thru the living room.
The 11m² living room has a window that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a single size sofa bed, a console with upon it a cable TV, a cabinet, a foldable bar with four bar chairs and a mezzanine. Upon this mezzanine, there is a double size bed.
There is a wardrobe left of the mezzanine with drawers and hanging area, and also overhead storage at the entrance
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a refrigerator and a microwave oven, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a laundry machine (combo washer / dryer).
The white tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a towel dryer and a washbasin.
The nearest metro station is Saint François Xavier (line 13).
Heat and hot water are collective.
