The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system during the night and opens onto a paved way, which leads to a courtyard. The building faces this paved courtyard. Layout: The entrance door opens directly onto the living room with its open kitchen. The bedroom is accessible by the living room and the bathroom by the kitchen. The 18m² living room has two windows that open onto the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a dining table with its chairs, a chest of drawers with upon it a small TV, a stereo and an Internet connexion. There is also a large built-in closet with shelves and wardrobes. The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a dishwasher, a combo microwave/grill oven, a laundry machine, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster. The 10,5m² bedroom has two windows opening onto a courtyard. It is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables and an antique style closet. The bathroom has a tub, a washbasin and a toilet.
