A two-bedroom apartment in the Port Royal area Neighborhood: This two-bedroom apartment is located in the 13th Arrondisement, on Boulevard Port Royal, between rue de la Sante and rue de la Glacier. The border of the 5th Arrondisement is on the other side of the street, and Montparnasse with its cafes and cinemas is in walking distance. The commercial Place d'Italie is also close by. This apartment has a view on the Panthéon and the Val de Grace. Premises: The 90m2 900 sq.ft.) apartment with 2.70m (8ft.) ceilings is on the 4th floor (5th floor in the USA) of a Hausmann style building built in the 19th century.
