Two-bedroom apartment in the famous Marais area

Neighborhood: This apartment is located in a very popular area, the Marais. It is one of a number of Parisian neighborhoods that have preserved almost all of its pre-revolutionary architecture. Close by is the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, Les Halles Mall, and the well-known pedestrian rue des Gravilliers a residential and commercial street with greengrocers, fishmongers, and lovely restaurants and cafes. A little farther away is the royal Place des Vosges, where one can find many of the residences of many historic personalities. Also nearby are the Louvre, City Hall, and the Seine River with its enchanting islands. Premises: This approximately 35m2 small two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (second in the USA) of an 18th century building. The main entrance door is protected by a code entry security system and an intercom. Layout: The entrance door opens to the living room with its open kitchen. On the right, it leads to the bathroom and straight ahead you will find bedroom 2 and then to the bedroom 1. The 12m² living room has a window that opens onto the roof. It is furnished with a dining table with chairs, a chest of drawers, a double size sofa bed, a TV, a DVD player and a WI-FI connection. The open kitchen is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave oven, a laundry machine (combo washer/dryer), a toaster, a coffeemaker and a kettle. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a closet with an iron and ironing board. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double size Murphy bed, a crib, a bookshelf and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Both the heating and hot water systems use electricity and are individually metered.
