Studio apartment close to the famous Champs-Elysees Avenue
|
Neighborhood:
The world famous Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc du Triumph, and the beautiful Champs Elysees Avenue are within walking distance from the apartment. Other important points of interests such as the Louvre Museum and the Eiffel Tower are about ten minutes away by metro or by car. In the opposite direction to the west is the La Defense, which is the largest center of commercial activity in Paris and Europe. Surrounding this area is a shopping center with a number of fashion shops, restaurants, cafes, and cinemas, among other services.
Premises:
This 30m² studio apartment is located on the 6th floor (7th for USA) of a 19th century building. A coded security system, an intercom and a concierge serve's as security for the main entrance. This entrance leads to a hallway, where you will have access to the elevator.
Layout:
The entrance door opens onto a hallway. To the right, it leads to the living room and its open kitchen. Straight ahead, it leads to the bathroom. The 15m² living room has one window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a bedside table with an alarm clock, a dining table, two small tables with lamps, an antique style chair, a stereo and a telephone. There is also DSL Internet access, a console with a TV on it, a closet, a coffee table, an iron with an iron board, a vacuum cleaner, a fan and a chest of drawers with the possibility of a desk.
The kitchen is separated by sliding doors. It is equipped with two electric burners, a fridge, a washing machine (combo washer/dryer), an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. There is a built-in closet into the hallway
The nearest subway station is Ternes (L2).
Both the heating and hot water systems use electricity and are individually metered.
