Lovely one-bedroom apartment in the famous St Louis Island

Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic Paris. The exclusive and delightful Isle Saint Louis has a particular charm because of the close-packed houses, the little cafes where a petit café can be enjoyed at leisure, the quiet quays and the aura of the past, which pervades the island. Along the island's main street Rue Saint-Louis-en-l'Isle you will find numerous little shops, cozy crêperies, and smart restaurants, often in vaulted cellars, which form an attractive setting for an elegant meal. There are nice views of the Hotel De Ville, the Quartier Latin, the Pantheon, and also of the Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame Cathedral this is the perfect setting from long walks along the quays, or a picnic on the banks of the Seine River.
Premises:
This 70m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th for the USA) of a 19th century walk-up building. A coded security system and an intercom system protect the main entrance of the building. The main entrance leads to a hallway, which gives access to the stairs.
Layout:
The door of the apartment opens onto a hallway. To the left of the hallway, you will find a separate toilet and the separate kitchen. Straight ahead, the hallway leads to the living room. To the right of the hallway you will find the bedroom with its private bathroom.
The 37m² living room area is separated into two rooms. The first section is the 20m² living room. It has two French windows that open's onto the balcony. It overlooks the street and Notre Dame. It is furnished with a double size sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a stereo and a telephone. It is also furnished with two antique chest of drawer with lamps placed on them and two bookshelves. The second section is the 17m² TV room. It has one French window that opens onto a balcony. It overlooks the street, Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a dining table with 6 chairs, a console with a TV and a DVD player upon it, an ADSL Internet access and a chest of drawer. There is the possibility that desk with two lamps will be provided.
The 11m² bedroom has one window that opens onto a courtyard. It is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, two chairs, a chest of drawers with an alarm clock and some other decorative stuff. There is a separate walking closet with two closets.
The separate kitchen has two windows overlooking the courtyard. It is equipped with three vitro-ceramic burners, a fridge, a washing machine (combo washer/dryer), a dishwasher, a dining table with one chair, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
Along the hallway there is a chest of drawer, a closet with an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
The nearest subway station is Pont Marie (L7)
The building has a central heating system that provides heat and hot water.
