Lovely studio apartment just steps from the Invalides, Eiffel Tower area

Neighborhood:
The most recognized Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel Tower was built for the 1889 world exhibition. On one side is the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, is the Trocadero Place with the Palais de Chaillot. Built for the International Exhibition in 1937, it houses several museums as well as an esplanade offering an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. This very select district provides choice fashion and convenience shops, fine restaurants and cafes.
Premises:
This 39m˛ (approx. 415 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 20th century building. A coded security system and a concierge protect the main entrance gate, which leads to a hallway and access to a lovely private garden. This garden leads to a second entrance gate equipped with an intercom.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a hallway. Straight ahead is the separate kitchen and to the right is the living room. The bathroom and the separate toilet are accessible through the living room.
The 25m˛ (approx. 265 sq. ft.) living room has two bay windows overlooking the courtyard with an eastern exposure. It is divided into two parts. The living room area is furnished with a double-size sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a console with a cable TV, a stereo and a DVD player, a phone, ADSL Internet access, a chest of drawers, a desk and two chairs.
The bedroom area is furnished with a double-size bed, a built-in closet, two bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock.
The separate kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a refrigerator/freezer, a small dining table with two chairs, a combo washer/dryer, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The marble bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a closet.
There is a separate toilet.
There is a built-in closet in the hallway with a vacuum cleaner and an iron with an ironing board.
The nearest subway station is Tour Maubourg (L8).
Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
