A three-bedroom apartment next to the Place de la Bastille

Neighbourhood: The heart of this area is the historic Place de la Bastille with its Opera House, which was inaugurated at the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. A 10-minute walk away is the Place des Vosges, known for its art galleries, expensive antique shops and also for the famous French novelist Victor Hugo's residence at # 6. It is still possible to visit his apartment and the room where he wrote his novels. There are a number of traditional restaurants, cafes, and open-air markets in the neighborhood such as the Place d'Aligre and another one on Boulevard Richard Lenoir. There is also a mezzanine, which has three double glazed skylights. It is furnished with a futon, two desks and some chairs. The open kitchen has two windows and it is equipped with four gas plates with an exhaust fan, an oven combo microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. It also has a dining table with four chairs. The 19m² (approx. 205 sq. ft.) master bedroom has three double glazed windows with a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, an armchair, two bedside tables and a dressing room that leads to the first bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and has a skylight. The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) second bedroom has parquet floor and a doubleglazed window with a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a night table, a chair and a closet. The 18m² (approx. 195 sq. ft.) third bedroom has parquet floor and a double glazed window . It has a mezzanine with a double glazed skylight. It is furnished with a single size bed, a closet and bookshelves. The mezzanine comes with a single sofa bed and a desk. Heat and hot water use gas and are individual. The 2nd bathroom has a washbasin, a bathtub, a heated towel rack and a window. There is a laundry with a washine machine and a dryer. The separate toilet has a washbasin. Internet access is available. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Breguet-Sabin (line 5).
