Neighborhood:
This apartment is located on Rue le Regarttier between Quai de Bourbon and Rue Saint Louis en l'Ile. The Ile Saint Louis provides a number of charming shops, fine restaurants and cafes. Its peaceful quays are inviting for an idyllic walk. A few minutes from the apartment is the Ile de la Cite and the majestic Notre Dame Cathedral. Across the bridges in short walking distance are many points of interest such as the Quartier Latin and the Marais area.
Premises:
This 100m² (approx. 1,075 sq. ft.) one-bedroom duplex apartment is located on the ground floor of an 18th century walk-up building. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate. It opens onto a courtyard that leads to the apartment.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into the living room. On the left is the bathroom with a toilet and to the right are the bedroom and the staircase. The stairs lead downstairs to the dining room and the open kitchen located in the basement.
The 42m² (approx. 450 sq. ft.) living room has a bay window overlooking the courtyard with a western exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a double-size bed, a single size bed, a coffee table, an armchair, a phone, a flat screen cable TV, a desk, a high speed Internet connection, a closet, a walk-in closet, three design-style chairs and three design-style shelves.
The 38m² (approx. 405 sq. ft.) dining room is furnished with a dining table, a phone, three sofas, a coffee table, a bar, two design-style chairs, a design-style armchair and some shelves.
The open kitchen is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom has two windows overlooking the courtyard with western and northern exposures. It is furnished with a double-size bed, an armchair, a lamp and a built-in closet.
The bathroom has a tub with showerhead, a toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, a washbasin and some closets.
The nearest metro station is Pont Marie (L7).
Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
