Two-bedroom apartment just steps from the Parc des Expositions

Neighborhood: The neighborhood is a traditional and mostly residential Parisian district containing a number of charming squares and all sorts of boutiques, restaurants, pleasant cafes, open-air markets, supermarkets, and convenience shops. To the north it is located a few metro stations away from the lively and trendy Montparnasse district, famous for the highest skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris and for its large number of theaters and cinemas. This apartment is located near the Parc des Expositions de Versailles. It is also situated close to the huge Porte de Versailles Trade Show Center, to the Aquaboulevard - Aquatic Fitness Parc with its 14 cinemas, to the Sport Hall, to the singular Parc André Citroen, and to the George Pompidou Hospital. Premises: This 65m² (approx. 695 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment has a parquet floor and is located on the second floor of a recently constructed building. It faces an interior courtyard and is equipped with an elevator. A concierge and a coded security system protect the street's main entrance gate during the night and lunch time and from saturday 12 until monday 8 am. It has a northeast exposure. Layout: The entrance door opens into a hall. To the left is the living room, straight ahead is the kitchen and to the right are the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the separate toilet. The 18m² (approx. 194 sq ft) living room has a window facing the courtyard and a French window overlooking the first balcony where there is a small Bistrot table with 2 chairs. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, two chairs, a TV, an antique style cupboard, a glass desk and two shelves with a stereo. The 10.5m² (approx. 113 sq ft) first bedroom has a sliding French window, which gives access to the second balcony overlooking the courtyard. This room has a double-size bed, a bedside table, a bookshelf and an antique style chest of drawers. The 11m² (approx. 118 sq ft) second bedroom has a sliding French window overlooking the same balcony as the first bedroom. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a piano, a bedside table and a desk. The white-tiled, eat-in kitchen is equipped with three vitro-ceramic burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a table with three stools and a French window overlooking the first balconywith a round table and 2 chairs. The white tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead and two washbasins with a mirror. The separate toilet has a small washbasin. The corridor, which links the entrance hall to the bedrooms, has two large built-in closets. There is high speed Internet access. The apartment has an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The nearest metro station is Porte de Versailles (line 12), Balard (line 8), Tramway (porte de Versailles) and bus lines (39 and 80). Heat and hot water are both collective.
