Two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Saint Germain Area

Neighborhood:
This apartment is in the heart of the Saint-Germain Des Prés area and is easy walking distance from the Montparnasse area. Celebrated for its elegant, trendy streets and for the many pleasant options it offers -- stylish fashion shops, an elegant mall, antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. A short distance away are the renowned Boulevard Saint-Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also, in the neighborhood are excellent services such as fine bakeries, selected supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci open air market. The International Parc des Expositions Porte de versailles is easily accessible by subway.
Premises:
This 68m² (approx. 730 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor (fifth in the USA) of a well-maintained 1880 building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. There are wood floors almost throughout. The apartment has a northeastern exposure in the living room and in the first bedroom; the second bedroom has a southwestern exposure. Almost every room has an internet access.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a small corridor. To the right is the living room and the open kitchen and straight ahead is the separate toilet. From the living room, a door opens into a small hallway; to the right is the first bedroom, straight ahead is the first bathroom and to the left is the second bedroom. The second bathroom is accessible through the second bedroom.
The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glazed windows overlooking the calm street. It is furnished in a contemporary style with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, two armchairs, a sideboard, and a round dining table with chairs. This room has a cable flat screen TV with a DVD player, a high speed Internet connection and a stereo.
The open kitchen is tiled and equipped with a microwave, four induction burners, a gas oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 11m² (approx 115 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a double-glazed window facing the street. It is furnished with a king-size bed, two bedside tables, an armchair and a built-in closet with sliding doors. This room has an Internet connection and an air conditioner.
The 10m² (approx 105 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a double-glazed window overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a king-size bed, a table and a built-in closet. This room has an Internet connection and an air conditioner.
The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin with a mirror, and a toilet.
The second bathroom has a window overlooking the courtyard and is equipped with a bathtub and a showerhead, a washbasin, a washing machine and a dryer.
The separate toilet has a window and a built-in closet.
The nearest metro stations are Vaneau and Sevres Babylone (lines 10 and 12).
