One bedroom apartment located between St. Germain and the Luxembourg Garden

Neighborhood:
Set in one of the most attractive and historic areas of the Left Bank and parallel to the north side of the exceptional Luxembourg Garden and the Palais du Luxembourg, this street is in short walking distance to Saint Germain des Près, the Seine, and to the Quartier Latin. Nearby are the select open-air market of the rue Buci, and the famous Deux Magots and Café de Flore, both favorite haunts of existentialists and expatriated American literate back in the day. There are elegant boutiques, cinemas, fine restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of convenience shops in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This modern 43m² (approx. 460 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of an 18th century building renovated in 2006 ; it has an elevator. A coded security system and a part-time concierge protect the main entrance gate. It opens onto a nice courtyard with access to the building entrance, which is protected by a visio-intercom. The apartment has an eastern exposure and a teak floor. It has also a Wifi Internet connection. There is a safety-coffer in the apartment.
The 19m² (approx. 204 sq. ft.) living room has a double-glazed French window and a glass door, which opens onto the courtyard. It is decorated in a contemporary style and is furnished with a double-size bed sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, shelves with a cable flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is also a built-in closet close to the entrance door.
The open kitchen is stylish in a contemporary way and is separated from the living room by a bar. It is equipped with for vitro-ceramic burners topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 14m² (approx 150 sq. ft.) bedroom has a bay window with sliding doors with access to a private terrace. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables and a built-in closet.
The designer bathroom is equipped with a tub and a washbasin.
The toilet is separate.
The nearest metro stations are Odeon (line 4 & 10), and Luxembourg (RER B).
Hot water is collective and Heat is electric.
