The Folies Bergère's shows inspired the Ziegfeld Follies in the United States and other similar shows, including a long-standing revue at the Tropicana Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The apartment is also in a 10 minutes walking distance from the Opéra Garnier, which is the largest theatre for lyric opera in the world. It is also the most typical monument of the Napoleon III' era and it is located in the neighbourhood of the Galerie Lafayette. The 18m² (approx. 194 sq. ft) third bedroom has also a double-glazed window with the same view and exposure has the second bedroom. This room is in fact a child bedroom and it is furnished with a single size bed, a closet, some toys and a decorative fireplace.
The second bathroom is accessible through the hallway, and is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a washing / drying machine.
There is also a separated toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
