Unique three-bedroom apartment located between the "Folies Bergère" and the Grands Boulevards area

Neighborhood: The apartment is located two steps from the cabaret "Les Folies Bergère". It is a Parisian music hall, which was at the top of its fame and popularity from the 1890s through the 1920s. It was built as an opera house by the architect Plumeret. It opened 2 May 1869 and it is still in business, with fare including operettas, comic opera, popular songs, and gymnastics. The Folies Bergère's shows inspired the Ziegfeld Follies in the United States and other similar shows, including a long-standing revue at the Tropicana Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The apartment is also in a 10 minutes walking distance from the Opéra Garnier, which is the largest theatre for lyric opera in the world. It is also the most typical monument of the Napoleon III' era and it is located in the neighbourhood of the Galerie Lafayette.
