Our experience in Paris was fantastic. When I realised I had booked for the
wrong dates [my agent at NYH] was extremely helpful in changing the booking and he was also very reassuring in his manner. [In Paris,] the apartment owner was terrific. When we needed to change dates the large vacation rental we booked was not available so [the owner] made two smaller apartments available to us even though the mix up was my mistake. We also used your service in NY and again the experience was a smooth and pleasant one. I will not hesitate to
recommend your service to others.

Although the agents had been left with a nightmare to sort out by the previous occupants, they dealt with the situation very professionally and it had no negative impact on our trip. The location was perfect, just steps away from cafes and a short walk to the Metro. [The owner] was very helpful upon our arrival and our departure.
