Neighborhood: This cozy, furnished apartment is located between Boulevard Poissonnière and rue Saint-Marc in Paris. It is near Les Halles, in the heart of the famous pedestrian Montorgueil area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. This accommodation is also short walking distance to such main points of interest as the Marais, the Seine, Notre Dame on Ile de la Cité, the unique Ile Saint Louis, the majestic Louvre and the adjoining Jardin des Tuileries. This quiet 53m² (approx. 570 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the fourth floor (fifth in the USA) of a 19th century walk-up building. The entrance gate is protected by a coded security system that opens into a hall leading to a courtyard enclosed by a glass roof. The second entrance door has an intercom that requires a key; it opens into a long corridor leading to the old-fashioned staircase. Premises: There are wood floors throughout except in the bathroom, which is tiled. There are also ceiling beams throughout. The exposure is southeast and the apartment faces the courtyard. The apartment entrance opens into a small entranceway. On the left is the living room, which leads to the bedroom. At the end on the right is the open kitchen. The 33m² (approx. 350 sq. ft.) living room has two windows with curtains facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a spacious corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV/home cinema, a DVD player, a stereo, and a dining table with five folding chairs. The living room is separated by a wooden bar with two designer wooden stools and is equipped with an oven, four vitro ceramic burners, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has a window facing the courtyard with a northern exposure. The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft) bedroom has one window with curtains. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a charming bedside table, two spacious closets, a desk with a chair and a decorative trunk. The bathroom contains a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin with mirrored doors, a washing machine and a toilette. The apartment has a connection to Internet/Wifi. There is also an iron with an ironing board, a regular vacuum cleaner, and another small one. Heat and hot water are electric. The nearest metro station is Grands Boulevards (line 8, 9).
