Three-bedroom apartment just steps from Champs Elysées Avenue

Neighborhood: This luxurious, furnished apartment is situated on one of the tiny streets surrounding the Place de l'Etoile and linking two famous avenues of Paris, Foch and Victor Hugo. Across Place de l'Etoile is the Avenue des Champs Elysees with all its elegant restaurants, cafes, and cinemas. Also in walking distance is the luxurious Avenue Montaigne with its many haute couture stores. Premises: Very elegant and designed by an architect, this spacious, recently refurbished apartment is laid out in a V-shape. It is located on the fourth French floor of a beautiful Haussmanian building from the end of the 19th century; it has an elevator, a concierge, and a security code. This bright 240m² (approx. 2,580 sq. ft.) three-bedroom apartment has light salmon-colored walls with some friezes, a brand new herringbone patterned floor, and a ceiling with built-in spots. The apartment has a high-speed Internet connection (a wireless connection is available). The entrance door opens into a hall that leads to the living and dining rooms straight ahead and also accesses two corridors. The corridor on the left leads to the master bedroom, the children's bedroom and the dressing room. The corridor on the right leads to the guest bedroom, the first bathroom, the separate kitchen and the separate toilette. The 60m² (approx. 645 sq. ft.) living room is divided into two parts. The first one is a traditional living room furnished with two comfortable sofas that seat three people each, two armchairs, a large coffee table, a marble fireplace, an Oriental rug, and three large windows on the street side. The windows access an L-shaped balcony offering a nice view of the Arc de Triomphe. The second part is the dining room, which has a large wood table with six armchairs, built-in shelves, a stereo and two windows with beautiful curtains. The comfortable and quiet 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, lamps, a nice sofa, a rectangular wooden coffee table, built-in shelves, a large screen cable television, and two large windows with curtains overlooking the calm street with a northeast exposure. This bedroom has a private tiled bathroom that contains a bathtub with a (wall-mounted) shower protected by a glass screen, two sinks, and bathroom cabinets. There is also a separate restroom. Charming and delightful, the 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) children's bedroom is specially decorated in yellow and blue tones and has trundle beds, one high-placed bed, a chest of drawers, closets, small desks and tables. It also has a mini hut, a blue board, a cable television, and two windows with curtains overlooking the street with a northeastern exposure. The elegant dressing room has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall double wooden closets. This room has a single-size bed hidden in a chest. The comfortable 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) guest bedroom has a double-size sofa bed with bedside tables and lamps, an antique desk, and a large built-in closet. This room has a window with curtains that overlooks Victor Hugo Avenue with a southeastern exposure. Nice and well-designed, the eat-in kitchen has a granite rectangular table and seats, a window and a counter. It is equipped with vitro ceramic electric plates, a grill, a traditional electric oven, a microwave, a hood with an exhaust fan, a refrigerator and freezer, many cupboards, and a granite worktop with a sink. It also has all the necessary kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and storage units. The second bathroom has a shower cabin, a bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a cabinet. The separate toilette has a washbasin. Heat and hot water use gas. For convenient travel around Paris, the closest metro station is Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines 1, 2, 6) and the RER A.
