Studio apartment with a mezzanine in Pyramide area

This furnished studio apartment with a mezzanine is located on Rue Villedo; it is in very short walking distance to the majestic Louvre, the Comedie Francaise, the Musee d'Orsay and the National Library. It is also a 20-minute walk to Notre Dame and other major sights in Paris. Large department stores are within 10 minutes by foot, and many of the major 'haute couture' shops and luxury boutiques are found on the nearby streets of the Champs Elysees area. All around this accommodation there are select restaurants, nice cafes, cinemas, a laundromat and supermarkets.
Premise:
This 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) studio apartment with a mezzanine is located on the fourth and top floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The entrance gate, protected by a digital coded security system, opens into a hall where a second door leads to the staircase.
The apartment entrance opens into a corridor leading to the living room, the open kitchen and the private bathroom. A staircase leads to the mezzanine.
The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) living room has a window with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a modern-style coffee table and a small dining table with two chairs. A closet built into the staircase has a TV, a DVD player and a stereo. The living room also has exposed beams.
The open kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic plates topped by a cooker hood, a combo grill/microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a small bar and a washing machine.
The separate bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a toilette and a towel dryer.
The 1m to 1m30 high mezzanine is furnished with a double-size bed on the floor and two lamps.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Pyramides (lines 7 and 14).
