Studio apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

This furnished apartment is located between rue Saint Dominique and rue de Grenelle in Paris. It is a few minutes walking distance from the Trocadero, with its famous museums, and the Eiffel Tower, which faces the splendid Champ de Mars and its beautiful floral gardens. There are a lot of fashion boutiques and shops near this accommodation, as well as a number of restaurants and cafes. The Champs Elysees and the Invalides are also situated close to this apartment.
Premises:
The 18m˛ (approx. 190 sq. ft.) studio is located on the sixth floor of a 1900s walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system that opens into a hall with an intercom leading to the courtyard. From the courtyard, there is a hall and the staircase.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the living room, leading to the kitchen on the right and the bathroom straight ahead.
The 9m˛ (approx. 95 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window with curtains; it has a view of a building and is south exposed. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a dining table, two chairs, two stools, a TV, a DVD player and a VCR.
The kitchen has a skylight and is tiled. It is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom is entirely tiled. It contains a shower with a curtain, a washbasin topped by a mirror, and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are electric.
The nearest metro station is Ecole Militaire (line 8).
