Comfortable three-bedroom apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower

Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is on a street bordering the Champ de Mars, situated between Avenue de la Motte Picquet and Avenue Joseph Bouvard. It is just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and very close to the Seine. Opposite, beyond the river, are Trocadero Place and the Palais de Chaillot, built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing several museums and offering an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower from its esplanade. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, select restaurants and cafes, are near this accommodation. Premises: This 126m² (approx. 1,355 sq. ft.) three-bedroom apartment is on the third floor of an 1890s building, which has one of its façades facing the Champ de Mars. A coded security system and a concierge protect the main entrance. This opens into a nice hall leading to a second door with an intercom and a staircase with stained glass windows and an old-fashioned elevator. This apartment door opens into a hall that links the living room, the third bedroom and the corridor leading to the other rooms. The apartment has parquet floors and high ceilings (3.40m - 11.12 ft.). The spacious 40m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.) living room has three French doors opening onto balconies. Two of them overlook the Champs de Mars with an eastern exposure and offer a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower; the other is north exposed, overlooks a quiet impasse and also has a view of the Eiffel Tower. It is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a large flat screen TV with a combo DVD player/VCR, a chest of drawers and a large dining table with eight chairs. This room is decorated with a fireplace, rugs and some statues. The separate kitchen is accessible from the corridor. It is equipped with four vitro-ceramic burners topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a double stainless steel sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. It has a bar with stools and a window that gives access to a balcony. The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) master bedroom has two windows, one which overlooks the Champ de Mars and the other the impasse. It is furnished with a double-size bed, an armchair and a decorative fireplace surrounded by shelves. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a window that also gives access to a balcony overlooking the Champ de Mars with a northern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size bed. The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) third bedroom also has a French window that overlooks the Champs de Mars. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a desk and some shelves. The large tiled bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom 1 and 2. The bathroom has a window, a washbasin, a closet and a bathtub with a showerhead. The corridor leads to a separate toilette. There is a step in between the two rooms. From the corridor you can also access a dressing room with built-in closets; it has a washing machine, wardrobes and shelves. Heating is collective with the building and hot water is electric and individually metered. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Ecole Militaire (line 8) and La Motte Picquet (lines 6, 8, 10).
