Luxurious alcove studio in Champs Elysées with large private patio

This furnished alcove studio is situated on Rue Arsène Houssaye, a street perpendicular to the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées, considered one of the most renowned and beautiful avenues in Paris and in the world. At one end is the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. On the other end are Place de la Concorde and its historic obelisk. This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and cafe terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores.
Premises:
This luxurious 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) alcove studio with a private terrace filled with evergreens (60 m2) is located on the ground floor of an 1890s building. The entrance gate, protected by coded security system and digital key, opens into a large hallway leading to the apartment.
The reinforced entrance door opens directly into the 24m² (approx. 255 sq. ft.) main room, which is divided into two parts -- the bedroom area and the living area with an open kitchen and access to a private terrace (be aware that there is a steep step between the living room and the terrace).
The bedroom area has a king size bed, a large closet, a console with a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. There is also a safe.
The living area has three double-glazed windows with northern exposure overlooking the private terrace. It is furnished with an antique-style sofa and two antique-style armchairs, two design-style armchairs, and a glass coffee table.
The living area has an open kitchen with a window and is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates topped by a cooker hood, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a combo refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The bathroom, all in granite, has a bathtub topped by a waterfall-style showerhead, a washbasin with a design-style faucet and a toilette.
The apartment has air conditioning and wireless high-speed Internet.
Two bicycles are available.
Heat is collective and hot water is electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines 1,2,6, RER A).
