Comfortable boat facing Bastille Place

PLEASE CHECK WITH OUR AGENTS TO VERIFY THAT THE BOAT DOCKED AT THE LOCATION MENTIONED BELOW (During the summer, this boat is moored on the Grenelle Quay (just in front of the Eiffel Tower)). Neighborhood: This boat is moored on the Port de Plaisance, also called Port de l'Arsenal, where diverse types of boats are moored and the banks lead to the well-known Place de la Bastille and its opera. The new Opéra National de Paris is considered one of the best opera houses in the world. (It was inaugurated in 1989, on the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution.) It is also very close to the latest modern art museum of Paris, la Maison Rouge, inaugurated June 5, 2004 on the Boulevard de la Bastille. Within short walking distance is the royal Place des Vosges, the oldest and most beautiful square in Paris, where many historic personalities lived, including Charles VI and Victor Hugo. The area around the Place des Vosges is also renowned for its museums, art galleries and antique stores. The apartment is within walking distance of the Picasso museum in the Marais area. The neighborhood around this accommodation has all sorts of convenience shops and other services as well as outdoor markets, especially on Thursday and Sunday mornings. Premises: This boat is a cruiser turned into a real 45m² (approx. 480 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment. It was built between 1996 and 1998, is 15.50m (approx. 51 ft.) long and 4.50m (approx. 14.75 ft.) wide. To access the quay, a stone staircase descends from the street and is protected by an iron door at night. The owner can provide a captain to organize a cruise (a couple of hours to a week) on the Seine, providing another view of Paris (not included). The boat is accessed via the back deck. From there, a door opens into the 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room cabin with windows overlooking the Seine River banks and offering a view of Bastille Place. It is furnished with a dining table with benches and armchairs. Next to the cockpit is a bench with a desk area. There is also a stereo system and a wireless Internet connection. Between the cockpit and the desk area, there is a flight of steps leading to the cooking area. It is equipped with four electric plates topped by a cooker hood, a toaster, a kettle and a combo microwave/traditional oven and refrigerator. There is also a table with two benches that can be turned into a double bed. After crossing the cooking area, there is a small corridor on the left leading to the bathroom; to the right is the separate toilette and straight ahead is the bedroom cabin. The convenient 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom cabin has a queen-size bed and two closets. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. The separate toilette has a small window. The exterior deck is used as a terrace. The owner can provide two bikes. Please Note: -Since it is a boat, the hot water, heat, oven and washing machine require turning on the motors. There is a laundromat on the quay. -During the summer, this boat is moored on the Grenelle Quay (just in front of the Eiffel Tower). Heat and hot water use fuel.
