Studio apartment in the Marais area

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located in the Marais area close to the Centre Georges Pompidou, the Hotel de Ville, the Seine, and the Louvre. It is near the famous pedestrian Rue des Gravilliers, a residential and commercial street with nice greengrocers, fishmongers, and restaurants. This accommodation is also short walking distance from the Place de la Republique, designed by the Baron Haussmann in 1854 with its 10m high statue. This neighborhood has many choice restaurants and cafes, and all sorts of convenience shops.
Premises:
This loft-style studio apartment is located on the ground floor of an 18th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system at night. This gate opens to a paved courtyard that gives access to the apartment.
The glass entrance door opens directly into the 17m² (approx. 180 sq. ft.) living room and the open kitchen. The living room has two windows facing the courtyard with a southern exposure. It has a parquet floor and is decorated in a contemporary style. It is furnished with a double bed (double mattress on the wooden frame seen on the pictures), an armchair, a TV, shelves and paintings.
The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a steel worktop. It is equipped with a sink, two vitro ceramic plates, an oven, a small refrigerator and an electric kettle.
Next to the kitchen, an opening hidden by a curtain accesses the bathroom containing a shower, a washbasin and a toilette.
An Internet Wifi access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Arts et Métiers (line 3).
