This furnished apartment is situated on Rue de Dantzig between Rue Dombasle and Rue des Morillons. A long and quiet street, this accommodation is near such services as bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. In the Montparnasse area and the bordering streets of the Sixth Arrondissement, there are fashion shops, and a diversity of restaurants and cafes. Bordering the area are the impressive Invalides -- which begins with the sprawling 18th century buildings of the Ecole Militaire -- and the Parc du Champs de Mars stretching down to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.
Premises:
This 67m² (approx. 720 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 1960s building with an elevator. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens to a large hall with an elevator and staircase.
The apartment entrance opens into a hall linking the living room, the two bedrooms, the bathroom, and a corridor; this leads to the separate kitchen and separate toilette.
The 17m² (approx. 180 sq. ft.) living room has three French doors that open onto a balcony with northwestern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a modern-style, double-size sofa bed, an armchair, a chest of drawers, a closet, a TV, and a stereo system.
There is a wireless high speed internet access.
The first 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window with southeastern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, two bookshelves, a closet, and a desk and chair.
The second 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window with northwestern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a small, single-size bed, a bedside table, some bookshelves, a closet, a desk and chair, and some children's games.
The separate bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead and a washbasin.
The corridor, which links the hall and the separate kitchen, is arranged as a dining area with a small dining table and two chairs.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine. A private recess is used as a storeroom.
There is a separate toilette.
Heat and hot water are electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Convention (line 12).
