Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is in close proximity to several points of interest in Paris. One of the most renowned French monuments, the Hotel Royal des Invalides, built under King Louis XIV, is a masterpiece of 17th century architecture and houses a number of museums. This accommodation is also close to the majestic Eiffel Tower, facing the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, to the Seine River, and to Trocadero Place. The neighborhood offers elegant fashion boutiques and convenience shops as well as select restaurants and cafes. Premises: This 100m² (approx. 1,075 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 1930s building with an herbaceous and private courtyard. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. There is a concierge and an elevator as well. The spacious 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) double living room has four double-glazed windows that overlook a nice courtyard with a western exposure. The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a table and a window. The kitchen provides access to the service staircase leading to the small laundry room equipped with a washer and a dryer. The tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a window. The toilet is separate. The hallway has two built-in closets.
