A studio apartment on the famous Champs Elysees Avenue

Neighborhood:
The address of this flat is the most famous of the world. The Fouquet's, the Georges V luxury Hotel or the Avenue restaurant located Avenue Montaigne are just a few minute walk.
In this selective area you will find also the most prestigious brands such as Chritian Dior, Louis Vuitton Avenue Montaigne, Ferrari, Jaguar Avenue Kleber, Jacques Dessange, Alexandre (hairdresser) Avenue Franklin Roosevelt. Less than a 15 minutes walk is Place de la Concorde with its Majestic Obelisk.
Premises:
This 26m² (approx 280 sq ft) studio is located on the 8th floor of a 1960's building having an elevator. The building entrance gate is accessible by a small mall and protected by doorman and by two codes system during the night.
The entrance door opens into a corridor with built-in closet with mirror doors that leads to the main room and the open kitchen. The bathroom is accessible through the main room.
The 16m² (approx 175 sq ft) main room is tasty decorated and furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, two built-in closets, armchairs, a desk and a console with a flat screen cable TV. This room has a phone and a high-speed Internet connection (a wireless connection is also available). The large French window has iron shutters and opens into a small terrace furnished with tables and chairs. This terrace overlooks a courtyard.
Behind the bar, there is the kitchen, which is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners topped by a cooker hood, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.
The marble bathroom has a bathtub with a balneo system and a showerhead, a toilette and a washbasin.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
The nearest metro station is Georges V (line 1).
