Modern one-bedroom apartment in the Porte Maillot area

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is situated just a few meters from the Palais de Congrès (one of Paris' biggest exhibition places) in a residential, upscale and safe neighborhood. There are all sorts of shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, as well as an open market during the weekend. Less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment is the Place de l'Etoile, with the wonderful Arc de Triomphe standing on the Champs Elysées.
Premises:
This 55m² (approx. 590 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a Haussmannien style building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor with a second door, also with a coded system. This opens into the hall with the elevator and the staircase.
The apartment entrance opens into a corridor that links all the rooms. It has a small built-in closet.
The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and two double-glazed windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a square dining table with chairs, and a sideboard with a phone and fax machine. There is also a built-in closet with mirrored sliding doors. This room is connected to a high-speed Internet connection (a wireless connection is also available).
The open kitchen is hidden behind a bar and has a window. It is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a combo washer/dryer.
The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables and, in a corner, a built-in closet with sliding doors.
The tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin, a toilette, an electric dryer rack and a window.
The owner can provide a folding bed.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Porte Maillot (line 1 and RER C).
