Comfortable one-bedroom next to the Montparnasse Tower

Neighborhood:
Neighboring Montparnasse with its famous tower, numerous theaters, cinemas, and all sorts of shops, this district of Paris has preserved its village qualities. This furnished apartment is surrounded by charming little squares with small markets and commercial pedestrian streets throughout. There are all kinds of services such as diverse stores, restaurants, cafes, markets and supermarkets near this accommodation.
Premises:
This 40m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the sixth and top floor of a Haussmannien style building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a hall leading to a second door with an intercom. This opens into a hall with an elevator.
The apartment entrance opens into a corridor that links all the rooms.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a French double-glazed window with iron shutters opening onto a small balcony that overlooks the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a console with a cable TV and a combo stereo/DVD player. There are also built-in shelves and a built-in cabinet. This room has a DSL Internet connection (a wireless connection is also available).
The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom also has a parquet floor and a French door with exterior shutters that opens to a balcony; it overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, an armchair, a low table and a built-in closet.
The separate kitchen is equipped with two gas burners, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead and a washbasin.
The toilette is separate and located next to the entrance door.
The apartment is equipped with a phone, a vacuum, an iron and an ironing board.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Pernety (line 13).
