This furnished apartment is in the Marais, which has a lively and historical atmosphere due to its pre-Revolution architecture, and a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, designer shops, and diverse bars and restaurants. The accommodation is between Rue Quincampoix and Boulevard de Sébastopol, meaning it is just between Les Halles and the Beaubourg area with the famous Pompidou Center, an avant-garde structure and one of Paris' most visible buildings. There are all sorts of essential shops and services near this accommodation.
Premises:
This 37m² (approx. 395 sq. ft.) alcove studio is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor leading to a second door with an intercom.Behind it is the staircase.
The apartment entrance leads to a corridor with a toilette on the left as well as the separate bathroom. At the end of the corridor is the main room with a corner bedroom, a living room, a dining room and the kitchen.
The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) living and dining room has a parquet floor and two windows with curtains that overlook the courtyard. It is furnished with a double sofabed, a table with four chairs and a wooden bench. It is also equipped with cable TV and a stereo.
The open kitchen contains four vitro ceramic plates topped by a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 5m² (approx. 50 sq. ft.) bedroom is separated from the living room by a lace curtain and also has a parquet floor. It is furnished with two night tables and a double-size bed .
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washbasin.There is a little window and a screen door.
The toilette has a washbasin and a washing machine and dryer.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11) and Chatelet (lines 1,4,7,11,14), and the nearby RER station is Chatelet les Halles (RER A,B,D).
